AWESOME MAN!! I always wanted to build a ring spinner!! And you have inspired me!
I'll definitely build one when I have the money and time, and maybe i will make it a hobbyweight 4wd.
Do you think that 4 Banebots P60 (I don't know the ratio yet) with 4 rs395 is a good choice? I'm also thinking about building a simple system to decrease impacts and to distribute it to all the robot. If I really build it I'll post a build report here, but it will probably take me 4~5 years to start it hahahhah I have my reasons hahaha
Best regards from Brazil,

Nice one Jake, well done getting it ready in advance I wouldn't use the Banebots 3-9A ESC's, I'm ditching them for all future beetles as they just keep freezing and resetting even with my radio limits set up to stay under 100%. _________________ <Patrician|Away> what does your robot do, sam
<bovril> it collects data about the surrounding environment, then discards it and drives into walls

The BotBitz 10A are pretty successful, over 400+ units out in the wild in various classes.
We have had less then 5 units reported with failures _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/

Are they all from me?
ohyes you're done upgrading the site, I need a new pair. _________________ ( •_•)
They look bigger than the fingertechs though. Its actually pretty space constrained in there. (like putting the lid on compresses the electronics just a touch) _________________ Mechanical engineers build weapons, civil engineers build targets
It's probably about 1200rpm the tacho wasn't reading that well.
It read around 2400 but we figured hitting 2 teeth we should divide that by 2.
Going to see about remaking the teeth out of some biz500 that was generously donated _________________ Mechanical engineers build weapons, civil engineers build targets

yeah the camera was the deciding factor in getting this over the nexus ;->
1080p @ 60fps, the 60FPS just makes everything look the seks.
It'll do 4K as well (@30fps), but nobody has a screen that high res so meh lol. _________________ Mechanical engineers build weapons, civil engineers build targets
