There is 16 Featherweight entry places available. Get your bot in to secure your place fast. Registration fee is $60 per robot including an event T-shirt and 2 pit passes. Any additional people in the Pits area must be paid for. We will also be offer Sportsman 12 exhibition bot places.

If you wish to register an additional robot but do not wish to receive two shirts we will be offering a partial refund via paypal. (If you don't wish to end up with $40 in your paypal account contact me prior to registering the second) This is not available for your first entry.

If you do not register your robot you will not be allowed to compete in the main competition. Also the information here needs to be current and up to date.

If this registration fills up there will be backup positions available. These will be able to enter the competition if a robot has to withdraw or shows insufficient build progress in lead up to event.

Robot Details
We require the following details:
- Driver name
- Short Bio - Where are you from, What do you do, How long have you been involved, Why do you build robots, etc.
- Robot Picture
- Robot Description
- Robot Tactics
- Robot History
These should be submitted as post to discussion thread and will be copied here.

To clarify some of the Sportsman Rules.

KE/RPM.

Unmodified saw blades <250mm are allowed at any RPM.

As for other spinning weapons you are limited to 400RPM. At this stage there is no limits on mass or inertia however if your weapon mass is greater than 1/3 of your robot please check with me before coming entering your robot.

No Wedges.

A weapon which requires a small slope below 1 inch or a small plate that is flat to the floor in order to function will be allowed at the discretion of the officials.

I interpret this as a spatula or sloped surface with a maximum of 1/4 of the width of the robot. It must also be required for the weapon to function, see the example below.
