Drill Fets

I am trying to make some drill trigger speed controllers and due to using my fets for other experiments i was wondering if anyone could suggest possible replacements.

I only need one or two so it would be best if i could get them form Dick Smith, Jaycar or Tandy.

The IRF504N from jaycar works as a replacement but as it is $5 i wouldn't reccomned it your prolly better buying another drill. ( They didn't have any 12v Xu1's at bunnings.
