Could be worth throwing on the back of a robot.

The Pendo Pad 8 from Target is only $139 now, if you're after a cheap windows tablet for running your UP!, this is the one. Just a warning though, see if you can have a look at one before commiting - there's rumors that the new ones only have the single micro usb and no DC jack so keeping them hooked up 24/7 might be impossible. http://www.target.com.au/p/pendo-pad-windows-8gb-quad-core-tablet/56446876

Lol, and that is why we can't sell them anymore... Every man and his dog has a resellership and the markup is terrible. Just waiting for the disappointed faces when they realise Esun wont work on em without the software hack. Laughing

Looks cheap and cheerful but I would wait for some reviews first.

They have come quite far in past few years but I still wouldn't trust it. I would prolly go Angus's wanhao for extra $120

On closer inspection that appears injection moulded not 3D printed so this might be the start of some cheaper printers.

Layer height doesn't really mean much in specs.

My reprap could in theory do 0.01mm in software but it would take forever and it wasn't accurate enough to get any benefit from it. 0.1mm is fairly standard these days.

Mini is only 0.2 as its intentionally crippled to make the other UPs look better.

An extra $120 is an extra 25% (excluding shipping).
Looks like this could fill a super budget market without having the printers printing printers accuracy issues or a student with little bench space but wants an okish bed size. Reviews will tell I guess if it fits a market or is a piece of HK junk
