gah, hard question!
Wombots lifter was definitely wicked and looked really mechanical. (i love that)
Sidewinder looks much better in steel then polycarb and with the drill looked rather sadistic + i can appreciate all the work in shaping that much plate steel.
the flamethrower i think would get my vote though. i think it was dodgeybot? the big wheel guards on the side and the shape looked really cool. and flamethrowers are just awesome paint job was nice too!
1) dodgeybot
2) sidewinder
3) wombot

Wombot and it's cool lifter gets my vote.
Been a long time since we've seen an articulated robot enter, let alone from a newcomer! _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/

I'd vote for lotus. Nothing special design wise but much kudos for artistry _________________ Farnsworth - "I hate these nerds. Just because I'm stupider than them they think they're smarter than me."

The prize is for 'best Looking" not coolest, best design, etc. Based on that I'd go for Lotus or Blindside

The annual coolest robot competition 2010 will be a different thread soon. This one is just a beauty contest, not coolest.
Remember to do the ants to. There was 2 prizes.

I like the look of the cut of Scarlet's single spinner arm in the ants.
Edit: IMO, design functionality is imperative. Scarlet's design was exceptionally functional. The use of curves and the bubble car look just set it off. _________________ So even the rain that falls isn't actually going to fill our dams and our river systems
