I just finished patching up yamum and welding it back into shape, so that's what feather i'll be competing with. Reg lightweight Jason's unfortunatley unable to help out so this weekend will determine how crap the glen and angus lightweight turns out!

Howdy all!-sorry to have been out of the loop for a while again, its been
an unusually trying five weeks-On all fronts

But im on leave for a good spell as of tommorow-plenty of time to
catchup with everyone,get robots ready and maybe, just maybe get
a frame welded up for a quick build lightweight that Angus has in mind-well
see what we can do!

Major Chip Hazard is ready to do battle with all!-his arsenal for the day
will be the mace, 3.5pound carbon steel blocksplitter head, the 1.5kg hammer
and the pushbar! should be fun.

Warren will be coming along too with Angus and myself-Looking forward
to seeing you all there! JAS

No, still just a concept that I would like to do. But some of the components will be in a quicker/tamer design that Lindsay and I are building for the event.

Jolt is totally ready to go, unless Scissorhands is even more ready . If anyone can suggest a way to bring both for the Sunday event, I'm all ears...

I can't make it to the build day tomorrow - work is crushing the life out of me and I am working all Saturday plus maybe Sunday as well. It's all paid so that's $55 an hour to the bot fund, can't complain too much!

Thanks for that Gary. I already ordered 4 from radio parts. Weren't too pricey really. They seem to be pretty good at high current output in the limited use I've tested them with.

Nick: Just bring both if you don't mind having someone else drive it. Or demo bot only.

Jolt is ready to pack, just needs a charge. Scissorhands may not be running; I have to re-do some of the electricals and work is driving me into the ground. The way its going, they may even have me working Saturday morning

Ya Mum has been repaired and panel beaten back into shape after getting torn apart by Bender and Jolt, and is ready to go. Suicide won't be showing due to every single motor in the robot being broken .
Lightweights... Jason's ready with Chip Hazard and we'll see if glen finishes our failure of one.

Well, at least 10% of our company is getting laid off on Thursday, so there is a 10% chance I won't even have to work on Friday. I'm making sure the work isn't done by Thursday evening though, they can live with the consequences.

well Super Mega Hyper Baby Puncher wont be ready for the lightweights cause im working every day this week and i wont be there for the lightweights either unfortunately im going with a friend to pick up her car from goulburn, i might do some modifications to python on fri/sat nights for feathers but it might rock up as it was 8 months ago lol just needs a charge and reciever swap (and transmitter charge) and it should be ready to rock... or keel over and die lol
