wow, thats an expensive machine ! - so far
$1000 for 2 batteries
$300 for a Gyro
$700~ for the Heli
$400-$500 in Servos
thats $2500 for a no bling basic machine, with no accessories, tools, cases etc and assuming you already have the radio tx/rx and battery charger rig.
And you cant fly it indoors ! Not meaning to bag it, since its definitely a nice machine to look at and watch fly, but thats just a step into a relam of $$ I'm styaing away from..
Different strokes for different folks I suppose. A cashed-up friend of mine is getting stoked about the idea of a scale Jet-Turbine powered MD500. Doesnt look like you get much change out of $10,000 for that !
I'd be building another Gyrocopter that I could ride myself if I was going to spend that sort of money, no wonder they call Helicopters the "crack cocaine" of R/C _________________ Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people
