Have a look at cordless nail guns - they have a small butane cyclinder and a ram with an igniter at the back. Hacking one for a flipper would be dangerous, but copying the mechanism might be possible. It's not a easy as you think. you'd have to make it two stroke and there are all those issues with fuel to air ratios and a lot of other issues that make it a big job. The results would be quite awesome, but you could achieve something similar by just building a pneumatic flipper with off the shelf components _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/
