Visual C# Programming

Hello Again

Just wondering, is there anyone out there that knows anything about Visual C# Programming?

I am trying to create a program to receive live Video via WIFI and data telementary about the onboard computer Shocked .

Is there anyone that knows anything about Microsoft Visual C# 2005 Express Edition Question ?
