We don't own the names we use. How many dogs are called Blue? You could check here if you are worried about infringing on a trademark www.nameprotect.com

Im not worryed about copyright or owning names its just confusing if more then one bot has the same name and you call your bot that name and then you find 3 other people in the same event have the same name
