i was under the impression that most lipols where good for a 1c charge which for beetleweight packs pretty well is a trickle charge.

it seems that way doesnt it nick... even the big polyquest 4000 packs (the big daddy 50 amp ones) are under $100US now and theres a few american 12lbers and feathers using them. hopefully the 2600mah size ones will come down to a realistic price in the next year or so. there already $60 US

how do the lipols compare to the nimhs and nicads anyway? in regards to discharge curves and things. id guess theyd hold there charge like a NIMH cell?

and they can hack higher than a 2C charge..... we have some at work with a 10C rating...
