The thought has crossed my mind. High pressure pnuematics is actually quite simple.

The Burkert 5404 valve is quite large but could be sqeezed into a Hobbyweight. I would have to find a local guy to pressure test and certify the system, but it could be done.

I would probably be more inclined to try a different style of robot for interest sake.

started piling together some hobbyweight stuff today. so far i got:

* twin servo switching speed controllers
* 16mm stainless steel shaft
* two 16mm bearings
* 70 drill nicad cells for some packs
* two 9.6v drills

thats just what i pulled together today so ill dig myself up some smaller pulleys and crud and see what happens ey

Currently I have 30 drill cells, a 73watt fan motor, no drill motors.... and a lot of aluminium, HDPE & Steel Smile
