The fees for the membership were $100 for adults and $50 for students with a $10 event fee each round.

After the last event i think the mdf floor would need to be replaced if it was already there. With all the spinners i think it would last no longer than a day.

I can understand the reasoning behind attracting younger builders but maybe targeting older builders is an easier option.
