vxb.com has lots of bearings for pretty cheap if you are ok with international cheap and lowish quality

As a "nice to have" perhaps think of some way of making those inverted drive wheels adjustable, so as the main wheels wear you can bring them in closer.

It's not the motor driving that's the problem its the sudden stop. All the spinning stuff stops in an instant. So the motor can is spinning and then the belt stops dead.
