Thanks its actually flush. Smile the blade turned black from hitting opponents wheels. I had issues driving though I need to bring it up a quarter millimeter or so.

I have no problems making custom sizes. I need to make a mold for each size and polish it so there would be a minimum order of say 8 wheels. That way I can pay for the cost of the mold.

I'm also experimenting with this chip and have a few around. I would be happy to help test out your code. It would be interesting to use this to monitor data and send back relevant info to the pc.

I learned that trick from my machinist instructor at college. I use it on my 1lb ant weight bots to hold the pulley onto the shaft and it works quite nicely.

no need I can use Ferric Chloride (used for making circuit boards) and immerse the frame and in about 24 hours it will eat the HSS tap. or so the internet tells me.

I was leaning towards bead blasting. I'll sand the tooling marks out then bead blast it. The same way I did the aluminum wheel mold.
